Nicky Whelan, born 10 May 1980 in Australia, is an actress and model. The first time she was known, she was Pepper Steiger in Australia. The role she played in the 100 episodes of soap opera Neighbors that aired between 2006 and 2007 helped make her an international sensation in Australia. In Hollywood the actress began her career with two projects. It was first Hollywood & Wine where she was a young and actor who was aspiring to be a star. Then she was offered a part as Maya, a very seductive medical student, in Scrubs' ninth season. Then, it appears that the show has been stopped. After that, she continued filming the Farrelly Brothers comedy Good to Shoot that starred Jason Sudeikis as well as Owen Wilson. Then she played in B-series film and series shorts. The year 2013 allowed her to be more visible in projects. She appeared on six of episodes in the series detective Franklin and Bash then landed her first part in the web-based series Chosen played in the voice of Milo Ventimiglia. The show also has the answer to Chad Michael Murray in the two first seasons. Then, she appeared in two other film features with an airplane setting. She is the flight attendant. But above all she shares the logo for a brand-new TV series called Matador which she co-stars with Gabriel Luna. The season for this thriller, in which the actors are CIA agents under the direction of Robert Rodriguez comprises only 13 episodes. In the meantime, she is working on a pilot series that doesn't go as planned. In the year 2015, she posted posters for the B Series romantic comedy Borrowed Moments along with Brian Krause.
